1JF's environment is not your typical athletic locker room. Our gym is devoid of judgment, fosters community, and builds confidence. Our classes are designed to make you strong mentally and physically. They will challenge you. You will Sweat, shake, and Burn, which is exactly how we like it. We are here to guide you and support you every step of the way. Welcome to the family.

Held in a small group setting, our Developmental Sports Performance program is designed for young athletes with minimal or no experience with performance training. The goal of this program is to enhance an athlete’s understanding OF the basics of performance training while establishing a foundation for present and future competition.
4th -8th grade: MWF 5:00pm - 6:00 PM
9th-12th MWF 3:30pm-5:00pm

At 1 Journey Fit, sports performance training is the platform for athletic achievement. Our Elite Sports Performance is designed to improve athlete skills while delivering peak performances. ESP was cultivated by result-driven programs and systems based on micro-progressive development concepts for continuous assessments and improvements, which drives maximum results. ESP is reserved for athletes wanting to train year-round while participating in their year-round sports and athletes who have experience training at 1JF and want to be pushed to the next level. If selected, you will maintain one of the 8 Spots available. This Program is for the committed athlete ONLY. If you can only train for two months or less, please register for our developmental Sports Performance.

No matter your age, skill set, or sport, 1JF AthElite Academy is for you! Improving athletic skills and delivering peak performances when it matters the most is our focus for all our athletes.
Our Speed, Jump, and Strength training programs consist of demonstrably effective tactics that ensure athletes increase Speed, agility, change of direction, plyometrics, strength, vertical Mobility, flexibility, and stability. Registration is now open for young Elementary through High School athletes for our summer AthElite Academy.Hosted: June - August
