90 minute sessions for 9th grade and older athletes looking to be successful in their game and prepare themselves for the next level

By the end of this program, the athlete WILL:

  • Develop advanced athletic skills
  • Enhance speed and performance
  • Cultivate multi-directional agility
  • Learn advanced weight-training skills
  • Sports specific injury reduction strategies
  • Build life-long confidence and fitness habits

MWF 5:30AM - 7:00AM
MWF 3:30PM - 5:00PM


1x a week / approximately 4 session per Month



2x a week / approximately 8 session per Month



3x a week / approximately 12 session per Month
