60 min Sessions for 8th grade & younger athletes who are looking to develop well rounded athletic skills, coordination, and self-confidence.

By the end of this program, the athlete WILL:

    • Competencies of athleticism
    • Develop Coordination & Balance
    • Learn Foundations of Weight Training
    • Develop Sprint Technique &  Agility
